SPEAKER / AUTHOR / MENTOR
HER VOICE. THEIR POSSIBILITY.

Bring Tiara to Your Young Ladies.

A raw, unforgettable keynote about identity, self-worth, relationships, choices, and becoming the woman they were created to be.

Tiara knows what can happen when a young lady doesn't know who she is yet—because she lived it.

IDENTITYSELF-WORTHPURPOSE

REAL VOICES. REAL IMPACT.

She Doesn't Just Speak to Young Ladies.
She Reaches Them.

Sometimes the most powerful thing a young lady can experience…

Is finally feeling seen.

Young women together at a community gathering
Connection. Community. Becoming.

Jalia — Mentee

“You see me for me, not for who other people try to make you believe I am.”

Honey — Mentee

“She is so real, raw & authentic!”
“Now I look at her as more than a mentor…”

Tawana — LaShai House

“Her patience, encouragement, and willingness to pour into each young lady have helped them become stronger, more confident, and better individuals.”

Reflections on Tiara’s mentorship and work with young women.

And That's Why Tiara Speaks to Young Ladies Today.

Not because she made every right decision.

Because She Knows What Can Happen When a Young Lady Doesn't Know Who She Is Yet.

She knows how quickly…

attention can feel like love.

Control can feel like protection.

Toxicity can feel normal.

The wrong crowd can feel like family.

And one decision…

can quietly become a lifestyle.

Tiara watched cycles.

She inherited cycles.

She repeated cycles.

And Then She Broke Them.

Becoming the Woman She Needed

Today, the woman who once needed someone to reach her…

walks into schools, youth programs, juvenile programs, ministries and rooms filled with young women…

and becomes that woman for somebody else.

And sometimes…

the young lady who barely wanted to talk starts talking.

The young lady who has been holding everything inside starts crying.

Young Ladies hug her.

They tell her things they've never told anyone.

They begin looking differently at their relationships.

Their decisions.

Their worth.

Their future.

Because Tiara isn't standing above them saying:

“Don't make bad decisions.”

She's standing in front of them saying:

“I Know Where This Road Can Lead.”

“And I Also Know You Don't Have to Go Where I Went to Become Who You're Meant to Be.”

She didn't become The Pretty Mentor because she always knew the right road.

She Became The Pretty Mentor Because She Survived the Wrong One.

And now…

she wants to reach our daughters before they ever have to.

FOR EVERY WOMAN WHO CARES ABOUT HER YOUNG LADIES

Real Conversations.
Human Connections.

Open the conversation that speaks to you.

01What If There's a Young Lady in Your Program Right Now…

Who's Living the Beginning of Tiara's Story?

She comes to school.

She sits in your classroom.

She shows up to your program.

She laughs with her friends.

She tells you she's fine.

And maybe she is.

But maybe…

She's the young lady who hasn't seen her father in years.

The young lady who takes care of her little brother because nobody else will.

The young lady who watches her mother cry and promises herself she'll never live that kind of life.

The young lady who thinks an older boy loving her means she's finally worth something.

The young lady who has learned to smile so nobody asks what's wrong.

And nobody knows.

Because sometimes the young ladies who need us most…

Are the Ones Who've Gotten Really Good at Pretending They Don't.

02And Here's What Makes That So Heartbreaking…

She's not dreaming about making bad decisions.

She's dreaming about being loved.

Being accepted.

Being beautiful.

Being important to somebody.

Being enough.

But if nobody helps her understand her worth…

She may start accepting whatever someone else tells her she's worth.

And sometimes that someone doesn't have her best interests at heart.

She may mistake attention for affection.

Jealousy for protection.

Control for commitment.

And belonging for love.

Not because she's a bad young lady.

Because she's a young young lady still learning what love is supposed to look like.

03Now Imagine Reaching Her Before Any of That Happens.

Imagine her hearing a woman say:

“I know what it's like to grow up without the love you needed.”

“I know what it's like to mistake abuse for love.”

“I know what it's like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman you've become.”

And then hearing that same woman say:

“But that doesn't have to be your story.”

Imagine the young lady who's been silent finally feeling safe enough to speak.

The young lady who thinks she has no value beginning to question that belief.

The young lady who's about to accept the wrong relationship realizing she has a choice.

The young lady who thought her future was already decided…

beginning to see a future she never imagined for herself.

04You Can't Be There for Every Decision She Makes.

But You Can Help Put the Right Voice in Her Head Before She Makes It.

That's why Tiara speaks.

Not to entertain young ladies for an hour.

Not to give them another motivational speech they'll forget by Monday.

But to offer them something that might stay with them long after they've left the room:

A different way to see themselves.

A different understanding of love.

A different standard for what they'll accept.

And a different belief about who they can become.

Because sometimes…

The Difference Between the Woman a Young Lady Becomes and the Woman She Could Have Been…

Is Someone Reaching Her While There's Still Time to Choose a Different Road.
